Purpose of data processing and legal basis

The processing of your data has as its legal basis the contract or pre-contractual activities.

Data recipients

Your data will in no way be disclosed within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your data may be disclosed to partners, consultancy companies, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller as Data Processors or for legal obligations or to fulfil your specific requests. Data will not be transferred to non-EU countries.

Modalities of data processing

The personal data provided by you will be processed in accordance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that govern the Controller’s activities. The data will be processed both by computer and on paper as well as on any other suitable medium, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to art. 5(1)(F) of the GDPR.

Conservation period

Browsing data will be stored for the technical time required for the browsing session. Data provided voluntarily by the data subject will be stored until expressly revoked by the data subject, including by means of action on his/her browser, cleaning cookies, express request to the Data Controller. Other specific retention periods are indicated in the information accompanying each form.

Rights of the data subject

Please refer to some articles extracted from European Parliament Regulation No. 679 of 2016 ess. Amendments specifying the rights of the data subject:

Article 15 – Right of access

The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data relating to him are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and information concerning the processing.

Article 16 – Right of rectification

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him/her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary declaration.

Article 17 – Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the data controller the erasure of personal data concerning him/her without undue delay and the data controller shall be obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if the grounds listed in the same Article exist.

Article 18 – Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing in the cases listed in the same article (e.g. when the accuracy of the data is contested or when the data are necessary for the exercise or defence of a legal claim).

Art. 19 – Obligation to notify in case of rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing

The controller shall communicate to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted any rectification or erasure or restriction of processing carried out pursuant to Articles 16, 17(1) and 18, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. The data controller shall inform the data subject of these recipients if the data subject so requests.

Article 20 – Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom he/she has provided them.

When exercising his or her data portability rights pursuant to paragraph 1, the data subject has the right to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one controller to another, if technically feasible.

Article 21 – Right of Opposition

The data subject shall have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his or her particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her pursuant to Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c). (e) either (f) (public interest tasks and pursuit of legitimate interest), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.

Article 22 – Automated decision-making process concerning natural persons, including profiling

The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or significantly affects him or her in a similar way.

Article 34 – Notification of a personal data breach to the data subject

Where a personal data breach is likely to present a high risk for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, the controller shall notify the data subject of the breach without undue delay.

Article 77 – Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

  1. Fatto salvo ogni altro ricorso amministrativo o giurisdizionale, l’interessato che ritenga che il trattamento che lo riguarda violi il presente regolamento ha il diritto di proporre reclamo a un’autorità di controllo, segnatamente nello Stato membro in cui risiede abitualmente, lavora oppure del luogo ove si è verificata la presunta violazione.
    2. L’autorità di controllo a cui è stato proposto il reclamo informa il reclamante dello stato o dell’esito del reclamo, compresa la possibilità di un ricorso giurisdizionale ai sensi dell’articolo 78.
